Payment, Shipping and Return policies



We are NOT in the business of making money off of shipping. We have set the shipping values to a fair market value, but there will probably be some orders that don’t fit squarely into the allotted pricing structure. For these orders, we will always issue a refund for the difference in shipping prices if the charged price is more than what it costs us to ship. If you have any questions about shipping prices either before or after making a purchase, please contact us at and we will gladly work with you to make sure that you get the best possible price and service for shipping your order.

We absolutely love our T3 friends around the world and are happy to ship any of our products to you. For International shipping, including Canada, discounted shipping rates apply. We realize that shipping Internationally can be very expensive and we want do our best to help you out in any way that we can.

All international customers are responsible for paying any import or duty taxes associated with their orders. It is against the law for us to manipulate any invoices in an attempt to lower these charges.

While we do our best to offer reasonable shipping rates, all shipping costs are a dictated solely by the rates that we are charged by the applicable shipping companies. We sell parts and we are not in the business of making money off of shipping. If we see an order that can be shipped via a cheaper method than the calculator charged for (e.g., a smaller box, different carrier, etc), we will always refund the difference to you, the customer.

As a result of the ever changing shipping climate, we reserve the right to change the shipping prices as necessary.


*PLEASE NOTE* It is strongly recommended that you consult with us prior to ordering many of our products (specifically lugs, studs, spacers and adapters). Each wheel, vehicle and vehicle owner has different requirements. T3 Technique is happy to offer a free personal consultation service that ensures that you purchase the parts that best suit your needs.

PayPal is preferred payment method but we also accept money orders, cashiers checks and personal checks (personal checks require 7-10 days to clear).We gladly ship to, and accept payments from, Canada and other International countries.

Don't have a Paypal account? No problem! Credit card payments can be made through Paypal without the need for a Paypal account. To do so, after clicking the Pay Now button below, click on the "Continue" button directly  above the VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover card logos. This will take you to a page where you simply enter your card information.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns on all products up to 30 days after the order is placed. Buyers will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs unless we are at fault (refer to below). We only accept returns on un-used and un-installed, still in the original un-opened packaging. Refunds will be issued back to you in the same payment method you made the original purchase with. All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return.

Due to liability reasons, lug nuts, lug bolts, press-in wheel studs and conversion studs are not returnable unless they are still in their original, unopened packaging or if the part is defective (please see below).

Orders Damaged in Shipment

Unless agreed upon and noted, all items that we ship are in new and un-used condition. If a package is delivered to you in damaged condition, you have the option of refusing delivery of a package with obvious damage. If you do receive a damaged package, please immediately call us. While it is your responsibility to contact and work with the shipping company to obtain a refund for any damaged parts, we will do everything that we can to help you out. Please try and leave the product and package in its original form as when you received it. This will make it easier when you file the claim with the shipping company.  We will do everything in our power to make sure we get you out a duplicate product(s) in un-damaged condition as quickly as possible. We want to make this as hassle free as possible for you as we realize it is not your fault.

Our Mistake

Yep, even we make mistakes every once in a while. We definitely aren’t perfect, that’s for sure. If we suggest that you purchase a part that turns out not to fit or we send you the incorrect part or a product is missing from your indicated original invoice, we will do everything in our power to get you out your correct products as soon as possible. We realize that mistakes are no fun to deal with, so make sure to give us a call as soon as your realize there is a discrepancy with your received products.

 Your Mistake

We understand that shopping online can sometimes be confusing and that mistakes happen. If it turns out that you accidentally chose the wrong product or size, we gladly accept returns on all products up to 30 days after the order is placed. Buyers will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs unless we are at fault (refer to above). We only accept returns on un-used and un-installed still in the original un-opened packaging, so PLEASE CHECK THE ITEMS PRIOR TO INSTALLING. Refunds will be issued back to you in the same payment method as you made the original purchase with less your shipping charges.

Returns on wheel consultation hardware/parts

If, after a wheel consultation and sale of related wheel hardware/parts, you change your mind and want to return the wheel hardware within the 30 day period, a 20% restocking fee assessed and deducted from the return payment. Since we put in A LOT of time in on these wheel installation consultation sales, it's our only way to recover a little of that time once the sale is no longer a factor.
